Privacy Policy
How Nine99 collects, uses, stores and shares personal information submitted through this website.
Draft — pending attorney review
This document reflects Nine99’s intended commercial terms but has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and bracketed placeholders below are not yet filled in. It is published here for transparency and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
This policy is still being drafted
A privacy policy was not part of the legal package prepared for Nine99, and we will not publish invented one. A privacy policy is a binding set of public commitments, and guessing at them would mislead visitors and create real compliance risk.
What follows is an accurate, engineering-verified description of what this website actually collects today, so that counsel can draft a policy that matches reality rather than a generic template.
What this website collects today
- Checkout: name, company, email address and phone number, collected before payment.
- Payment: card details are collected and processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Card numbers never reach our servers and are never stored by us.
- Onboarding: business details, goals, selected pages, brand and content preferences, domain details, and which third-party tools a customer wants connected.
- Contact form: name, email address, enquiry type and message.
- Analytics: no analytics or advertising tags load at all until consent is granted, and consent currently defaults to off. A visitor who takes no action is not tracked.
What counsel still needs to address
- The legal basis for processing, and consent mechanics where applicable
- Retention periods for enquiry, order and onboarding data
- Named third-party processors and what each one receives
- How customers access, correct, export or delete their data
- State-specific disclosures, including California, and any applicable international rules
- Data-breach notification commitments
- A contact route for privacy requests
Details counsel still needs to confirm
These appear as bracketed placeholders in the text above. They have deliberately not been guessed at — a plausible-looking invented value is more dangerous than an obvious blank, because a blank gets filled in and a guess gets shipped.
